Finding Your Place In the Body Of Christ
Dear friends,
Everyone who has been birthed from above by the Holy Spirit has been planted into the kingdom and received a call into His body (the body of Christ). Our goal should be to fill our position in Him to the maximum capacity we can by the Holy Spirit. Each one of us is a purchased possession. That He wants to excel by His grace into the calls individually He placed on our lives. I know He hurts to see people filling the pews on Sunday morning only to go back to a lifestyle that does not reflect what He has invested in us on a daily basis. The Sunday morning attendees have a call to fulfill too. He cries out in their hearts please come in and fellowship with me, so I can bless you and bring to fulfillment what I called you to do during your time on earth. The time here is growing short and we will enter eternity soon. In these last days He wants to bring forward people taught and educated by the Holy Spirit, to fulfill His will here. This call is not only given to those who teach from the pulpit, but, also to those called to helps and governments. Our reward in heaven is based on the level of transformation we receive here and those works.
Romans 12: 1-2
I Beseech you therefore brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God 
To the degree that we allow the Holy Spirit to teach us truth from the word, is how much of His life will be made manifest in our lives.
Ephesians 4:7
But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christs Gift
Fellowshipping with Him will begin to bring that grace given to you forward as a desire. But only as you are fellowshipping with Him is this possible. That grace could be anything from business owner to ministry, but the transformation and graduation to the grace and calling in you comes the same way. By ‘grace’ I mean the supernatural empowerment of God to stand in the function of your call individually. His redemption that was purchase for us starts here right now and encompasses our entire life. He wants us healed, emotionally stable, financially stable, and able to be used in any environment we find ourselves in. This grace when tapped into brings us into being an asset to the kingdom of God and not a liability. Remember the meaning of Grace is the un-earnable and unmerited love and favor of God bestowed on and individuals life. Every believer has received a measure of this grace according to Ephesians 4:7 and Romans 12:6 Having then Gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us,…There is only one problem you cannot work for it or earn grace. If God has put it in your heart to be a pastor then He along with that grace will give you the giftings (or the empowerment) to fulfill that grace to the utmost. And right along with that, He has also given to you or placed the beginning of the faith needed to fulfill that call. For every man has been given a measure of faith. What is that faith for? It is to access that grace and the giftings (or empowerments) of God in your life. Now in differentiating the calls everybody has a natural ability and God can in increase those too, all the way to excellence. What we are after is your placement in the body of Christ, as a joint that not only supplies naturally but walks in maturity and becomes a supply to the people around you. And this placement usually starts out by desire, or a want to do something for God. Since the Bible did not lie because God cannot, then every believer has a plan in the mind of God. All we have to do is access it.
As I remember back to when I first got born again. I thought God doesn’t really care that much for my life or have any plans for me. All I really had was a zeal for Him never thinking that He had a plan for me personally. He has a personal plan for every believer, but so many never find it due to stagnancy, wrong teaching or religious thinking. Life becomes full when Jesus Christ who is the author and perfector or maturer of our faith is allowed to get involved in our life’s. And then He becomes to us who He says He is. The time you spend in private worship, reading His word and just fellowshipping with Him. Not to get anything from Him, but for who He is and what He has already given you will begin to bring the call of God alive and real in your life. There is a time in every believers life when if they continue to fellowship with Him that the “transformation to the word” takes on action in their life. This is the manifestation of the grace and the giftings of God. The fellowship of the Spirit is so vital in this area. He is the only one who can guide you into what you are to become.
As we have said in other letters this is the first truth, He will guide you into is everything you are in Christ. These are only brought forward to you out of a new nature given at the new birth. In the very basics we have to remember we are spirit soul and body. God never came to fellowship with your body, nor did He want to fellowship in your soul ,but in your spirit. This is where the Holy Spirit took up residency and this is the only part of you He is interested in fellowshipping with. Because the spirit is where all permanent change takes place. Your inward man has become so righteous and so Holy that the third person of the God head, the Holy Spirit, is abiding their. These are the kind off realities we need to have, for they will assist your grace and call. Understanding we have an inheritance, that we are redeemed, and that God has done all He is going to do according to salvation. Well what do I mean by that? In the mind of God every thing is past tense and a completed work where by we have obtained faith. In the old testament, they looked forward to a redeemer, we look back not as to obtain anything for all things are ours, but faith comes by hearing what the word says we are and who we have been made in Him. We have entered a completed work.
Romans 10: 4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes. This means that to everyone who believed in Jesus Christ the law stopped because they could not become righteous by the law according to works. By serving the commandments all they did was expose a sin nature that was separated from God by death. And all those sacrifices could never purge their conscience from dead works or rather change their nature to serve a living God. Nor could it give them a legitimate right standing with God. The sacrifices and the law never changed the nature of the man. Now the law is summed up in love and only a person who has the nature of God, their Father can love like their Father.
Romans 10:6-8 But the righteousness of faith speaks this way ,”Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven ‘ “ (that is to bring Christ down from above) or, ‘ “Who will descend into the abyss?’ “ (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead) This is how the new nature will speak, act and be represented. It will not question the completed work. As to say Jesus would you make me righteous? I don’t feel righteous or I can’t wait till I get to heaven to become righteous. Faith from the new nature Gods nature does not speak that way. Faith says I am righteous because He did die, He did raise and now He is seated at the right hand of the Father. And has given to me by grace a standing as a son or daughter in the fathers house and in His infinite wisdom He designed a plan for me. Faith does not have to go get a reality that already belongings to it. All these promises in the Bible already belong to you, they just need to be acted upon and brought to a reality in a person. It’s the same with the position He has called you to fulfill. If you are born again you have received the very life and nature of God you do not have to go get it, you got it. You do have to feed your self spiritually, to keep yourself built up in Him. This is how that measure of faith given to you grow to fulfill the total call through fellowship with Him. Or it can be stopped and we will always be ruled by circumstances and excuses. To each one of us was given grace, a gifting, a call and the faith and the means to grow in faith to fulfillment what He has called you to be. No wonder in Romans 12 there is a good, acceptable and perfect will of God. I also know He has given me the means to enter into that perfect will. Well my friends that is where again, the Holy Spirit contains the plan of God for your life.
Romans 12: 3 “God has delt to each one a measure of faith” What is a measure? Well one quarter of a cup is a measure taken from the whole, the cup being the whole. So a measure of faith is one individual measure that belongs to the whole the body of Christ. You have a measure of faith to fulfill in the body of Christ. That measure is just a potential. You can fill it or just operate out of what you have now. But that whole measure of developed faith is what it will take to operate your full potential in God at the perfect will of God. That’s why in the preceding verse of Romans 12:3 it says, “I’m writing to you out of the Grace given to me”, and Paul had the faith to fill His grace. He found at least the acceptable if not the perfect will for His life according to the individual plan of God. The one thing I want to do is fulfill what He has called me to do, entering in to the good, acceptable and knowing the perfect. This is “contending for the faith”. I want to encourage you to use what He has given you and begin to give into that desire to do something for Him. But most importantly, if you do not even know that He has a plan for you. You do now, and He wants to bring that plan to fulfillment in your life. As you begin to fellowship with Him that plan will become so big in you all you will want to do is fulfill it and as you go along it will get clearer. So please go over this letter find out who you are in Him, apply your faith, and fulfill your grace and call to the body of Christ.
To all those who are educated in the things of God, I have to express, in any level that you are at in your walk go for all you can. If you haven’t done much for God and you know you have a call on your life. Remember the gifts and the callings of God are without repentance and nothing satisfies like being in His will for your life. Never let discouragement or offenses keep you from His best and for those who are on the trail
keep at it for in due time you will reap a harvest. Don’t let anything rob you of what He has for you…
